Little Women Chat on the Last Chance Book Club

Posted on October 28, 2013

Just a reminder that the Last Chance Book Club Facebook group is having a discussion of Little Women this week.  If you want to join in, please join the book club.

Little Women is one of my favorite childhood books.  I completely identified with Jo March the main character who wanted to be a writer.  So, naturally, I had my fictitious book club in Last Chance Knit & Stitch read this children’s classic.  And there are some similarities between Louisa May Alcott’s enduring story, and my latest installment of the Last Chance series.

Last Chance Knit & Stitch will be available on November 19.  I the meantime Little Women is in the public domain and you can get free downloads of it from the Guttenberg Project at this link:  http://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/514.

Of course if you’re like a lot of people, you probably have a copy of Little Women somewhere in your home library.
